What happens if you
need to make a claim?

If a covered piece of equipment suffers a mechanical or electrical breakdown, simply contact Hartford Steam Boiler by phone within four days to report the claim. HSB’s adjuster takes the basic loss information, and when necessary, initiates a more in-depth investigation. You can then contact the repair firm of your choosing or work with us to locate replacement equipment. Once the extent of the covered loss is determined, HSB reimburses you for the cost of repair, including parts and labor.
