There is a Bear chip Wringer to meet any size application,
and all models are designed for profitability.  The Bear
chip wringer recovers your oil form chips, turnings, and
small parts, thereby reducing your costs for expensive
cutting fluids.  It increases the value of your scrap by
providing clean, dry chips and eliminates the disposal cost
of contaminated oil.

FEATURES:
High Speed Motor: revolves chip pan at speeds up to 1200
rpm.  Centrifugal force breaks down surface tension and
spins oil off of chips and turnings.
Electrical Interlocking Cover Latch: prevents machine from
operating unless safety cover latch is properly secured.
Metal Spun Chip Pans: fabricated by a metal spinning
process, Bear chip pans are perfectly balanced for smooth
operation.
Adjustable Timer: regulates cycle time.  Allows the
operator to perform other tasks while machine is in 
operation.
Vibration Absorbing Suspension System: is a series of shock 
absorbing springs which compensate for off-balanced loads 
to ensure smooth operation.

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES
Chip Pans: Extra chip pans are recommended to keep 
different metals such as steel, brass, aluminum and 
stainless as well as different oils, separated.
Pan Dollies: For holding and transporting chip pans from 
production machinery to the chip wringer.
Screened Cleaning Baskets: Used for extremely small parts. 
Standard baskets have a ten mesh screen size.  Optional
mesh screen available upon request.
Loading Ring: Saves time by facilitating direct loading of 
chips into chip wringer.
