2) FOR GRINDING SERATIONS, T-SLOTS AND MANY OTHER HARD TO
GET AT SURFACES.
3) PROVIDES HIGHER SPEED THAN IS POSSIBLE WITH A REGULAR
SURFACE GRINDER SPINDLE.
4) ALSO CAN BE USED TO GRIND SMALL RADII, SMALL CONTOURS IN
DIE BLOCKS AND OTHER PARTS REQUIRING THIS TYPE OF GRINDING.
SPINDLE:
DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED TO MAINTAIN LONG, ACCURATE LIFE.
IT IS EQUIPPED WITH PERMANENTLY LUBRICATED, PRELOADED,
SUPER PRECISION BALL BEARINGS.
MOUNTING:
ATTACHMENT IS EASILY MOUNTED ON SURFACE GRINDER SPINDLE
HOUSING. ECCENTRIC BUSHING SERVES TO ADJUST BELT TENSION.
BUSHINGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MOUNTING UNIT ON EITHER 6 x 12
OR 6 x 18 BOYAR-SCHULTZ SURFACE GRINDERS. BUSHINGS COULD
BE MADE TO MOUNT THIS ATTACHMENT ON OTHER BRANDS OF SURFACE
GRINDERS.
SPEED:
SPINDLE SPEED OF ATTACHMENT IS 14,000 RPM WHEN DRIVEN BY A
SPINDLE SPEED OF 3000 RPM.
QUILLS:
COMES WITH ONE QUILL, AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS.
