"SBM-L 1500 G1S2 is a sanding, grinding, 
 and edge rounding machine that deburrs 
 and grinds the edges of punched, laser 
 cut, and high-definition plasma cut 
 sheet metal parts up to a material 
 thickness of 2 inches. It is designed
 for high volume and heavy usage. 
 
The system uses two grinding belts,
 one on top and one on the bottom, 
 to remove spots and slight-to-medium 
 burrs from the outside and inside 
 edges of sheet metal parts. Four 
 sanding block belts, two on top and 
 two on the bottom, remove secondary 
 burrs and round the edges of the parts.
 All inside and outside edges for the
 top and bottom of the piece are 
 processed simultaneously in just one 
 pass, and each working module can be
 individually engaged and adjusted 
 according to the application. 
 
The Lissmac SBM-L G1S2 includes 
 automatic wear compensation for its
 edge rounding blocks by using sensors
 to detect and accommodate for uneven
 usage across the edge rounding belt. 
 
The system features a working width
 of 59 inches (1,500 mm), a minimum
 part size of 6 inches long by 2 inches
 wide, and a variable feed speed of
 0-12 ft/min.
