INTO THE BRUSH BY THE OPERATOR. AS IT PASSES ACROSS THE BRUSH,
THE SHEET METAL EDGE IS DEBURRED

THE DEBURRING MACHINE IS MOUNTED ON A STURDY STEEL BASE WITH SHELVING
PROVIDED TO STORE TOOLS AND BRUSHES.
 
ADJUSTMENT IS PROVIDED FOR BRUSH WEAR.
 
THE SHEET METAL WHICH IS TO BE DEBURRED IS MANUALLY PASSED ALONG
THE FACE OF THE ROTATING BRUSH.  BY GENTLY PRESSING AGAINST THE
BRUSH, THE SHEET METAL IS DEBURRED.
 
THE BRUSH DRIVE MOTOR IS TOTALLY ENCLOSED.  SELECTOR SWITCH FOR THE
DEBURRING SPEEDS IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED.
