Built-in Quartz Halogen Illumination
Powerful 24V/150W built-in quartz halogen 
 illumination for surface and profile inspection
 and measurement.  Color temperature is
 maintained throughout the life of the bulb 
 
Linear Encoder Stage
Large linear encoder stage with twin integral 
 universal dovetail slots for quick and easy 
 parts fixing.
Digital ProtractorDigital protractor with degrees, 
 minutes or decimal degrees. Both incremental
 and absolute modes with zero reset.
 
Erect Image
Erect image (top is top, left is right) offers a
 fully corrected surface illumination image.
 
Ergonomic Screen Design
The vertical screen has been ergonomically
 designed to provide greater viewing comfort
 for longer periods of time.
 
Durable Stage
Durable, cast iron "precision grinder style" 
 stage with lower bearing bias.
 
.001mm/.00005 inch scales
Ultra-accurate, non-contact .001mm/.00005" 
 resolution scales are now standard.
 
Rotary Screen Protractor
Features a stainless steel rotary screen 
 protractor.  More accurate and much easier
 to view as the  graduation spaces are further 
 apart. The unit will also integrate into a 
 digital protractor.
 
X-Axis Drive Mechanism
The X-axis drive mechanism has been
 designed to use a threaded lead screw
 with a quick release.
 
Standard Stage Travel:
. Standard stage travel is now 10- × 6-in.,
 and optional stages can accommodate up
 to 20- × 6-in. samples.This unit also has 
 a larger stage top plate (18- × 5-in.) and
 integrated end trays and dual dovetails 
 for easier fixturing of samples (up to 100 lb).
